Cancellation Policy

A House of Clay’s social initiatives are limited to a small number of attendees to allow for a more personable, or customized experience.

Our cancellation policy is in place to help guests understand the limitations and certain amount of flexibility.

Broader note:

All program fees are non-refundable, but can be credited and deferred to a later date if informed at least significant days prior to the commencement of the concerned booking, as per the following:

All cancellations & deferment should be through email communications:

Online Art/ Manifestation Workshops: Can be deferred up to 2 weeks for Indian nationals and 3 weeks for foreign nationals
In person Art/Manifestation Workshops: Can be deferred up to 2 months for Indian nationals and 3 months for foreign nationals
Pottery Retreats: Can be deferred up to a period of 3 months for Indian nationals and 6 months for foreign nationals.
Pottery Workshops: Cannot be refunded or rescheduled once booked.

International Retreats: The following cancellation charges will be payable –

If cancellation is received more than 60 days prior to arrival: 35%.
If cancellation is received from 60 days to 31 days prior to arrival: 50%.
If cancellation is received less than 31 days prior to arrival: 100%

Ceramic Residency: The following cancellation charges will apply:

If cancellation is received more than 60 days prior to arrival: 20%
If cancellation is received from 60 days to 31 days prior to arrival: 50%
If cancellation is received less than 31 days prior to arrival: 100%
